How can I place the order?
You can place an order on our website or call us at 0328-0506638 to place an order over the phone.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders placed before 4 PM (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched within 1 working day. However, due to non-availability of stock for some orders, it may take up to 2–3 working days to dispatch.
All orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after placing your order.


How will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered by PostEX, M&P, or Leopards Courier Services, TCS, between 8 AM and 7 PM.


Can I have my shoes delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can. Please ensure that you choose the option for a different delivery address while placing your order.


What are the available payment methods?
We accept payments through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online payment via MasterCard or Visa


What if I have missed the delivery attempt by the courier?
The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel. In case of failed delivery, they will send a text message to your provided contact number.
If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to us within 24 hours. You can pay a re-delivery charge — please call 0328-0506638 to schedule a re-delivery.
Please inform us within 1 working day if you have not received your order. After 1 working day, we cannot take responsibility for undelivered orders.


What are the delivery charges?
We charge PKR 200 on all orders below Rs. 3000.


Can I get a Saturday delivery?
Yes, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for you.


Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. We’ll send tracking details to your email, or you may call 0328-0506638 to obtain your tracking ID.


Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes before completing checkout.
If your order is already placed, call 0328-0506638 and we’ll assist you — but once dispatched, changes are not possible.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Call 0328-0506638 before 1 PM to cancel your order.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Step N Style primarily specializes in premium handcrafted shoes, but we also sell leather bags, wallets, and accessories.
